Care for Movement Disorders

Movement disorders may cause difficulty in walking, controlling your movements or other symptoms. Common movement disorders include:

  • Parkinson’s disease
  • multisystem atrophies
  • progressive supranuclear palsy
  • diffuse Lewy body disease
  • stiff-person syndrome
  • Huntington’s disease and related disorders of chorea
  • ballismus and dyskinesia
  • dystonia
  • ataxia
  • tremor and myoclonus

Treatment
